incubation

going through a period of "incubation". which is a desperate way of putting a positive slant on times of no-production. incubation happens to go with large consumption of chocolate.

i have a new appreciation for prints. went to 3 workshops connected to the new show at the opalka gallery. fantastically informative and lots to see. even tried a little etching.

no question in my mind that knowledge can increase art appreciation.

am i planning to do prints? not for now. so much preparation, material... i like to see what i get as i do it. on another hand, if the occasion presents itself...
