swirl 1 and swirl2
2 drawings from a couple of years ago. 30x11 each. i spend many months drawing endlessly with pen and black india ink, letting myself be hypnotized by my own line. there was something very relaxing in spending hours listening to music and letting the shapes form themselves. these pieces will not be part of the upcoming show. just felt like posting them today.
preparing for the show is moving forward. i e-mailed invitations + sent some via snail mail. now let's hope for a balmy february 6...
