Pen and ink and watercolor.  An Ent person.  I like to think of the small plant as the child.

Being a mother is very hard.  At least for me.  Moments like these are rarer than they used to be.  I cherish the memory.  And when they still occur.

Fatherhood

 

My brother David is a brand-new dad and watching him was inspiring.  (This doesn't look like him or like his baby and is not trying to.  They are both much more handsome.)

Trying out my gouache set.  Enjoyed it.  Will try again but maybe not flat.  

digital or manual colors?

 

Cannot decide if I prefer the digital coloring or the colored pencils.  A Game of Chinese Checkers.
